I’m Caroline, French brunette who decided to expand my life after 10 years in the French event management industry. After a few trips, I decided to settle in Melbourne, in Australia to learn English but also to challenge my personal and professional life. As a true believer that everything is possible, through this blog, I want to share my beliefs. I believe in the uniqueness of everyone. I believe that if you really want you can. I believe that style is about self-confidence.
I believe in the empowerment of femininity. I believe in elegance. I believe in French style. I believe that style is ageless. I believe that less is more. I believe that Love is the answer. I believe that Art is also the answer. My philosophy, there is beauty in everything (or almost everything) so sharpen your eyes, open your mind and heart, and find this je ne sais quoi.
Bienvenue to my French world.
Communication and marketing. At 24, I decided to create my first business: a hostess agency that allowed me to work for the most prestigious events and be inspired, especially during the 6 years Cannes Film Festival.
Largely recognised for my professionalism, my sense of style, and my determination to bring La Crème de la Crème in my work, I travelled between Paris (the city of my heart), Marseille (my city of origin), and the French Riviera.
I needed to challenge myself and I was also especially frustrated to not be able to speak English. Then, I decided to travel (voyager) with a huge desire to discover a new culture and finally learn English; what brings me to Australia. At 33 years-old, it was time. I gave up my job, on my way, I sold everything, I repeated to myself “je peux le faire” (yes I can do it). I said au revoir to my family and my friends, I bought a one-trip ticket, and I arrived in Melbourne with my two pieces of luggage full of clothes (the only thing I couldn’t sell of course). And voilà, here I am!
Passionate about fashion, beauty, and lover of my French culture, I wanted to start a blog to share with you my Joie de Vivre, the French Style and Art de Vivre (lifestyle), my thoughts, tips, secrets, and my favourite places that bring me back to France with a smile. FrenChicTouch it’s a love a story between You, Me and France (so French, I know what you are thinking…).
In a few words…
